Pricing
All prices quoted by Macsimise are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Billable units
All onsite support services are charged for a minimum of one hour, then in 15 minute increments.
iChat U is billed in 5 min increments. Telephone U is charged for the (minimum) first 10 minutes, then in 5 minute increments.
Macsimise QuickFix is the most affordable remote access service on the market. It is offered as a service for fast solutions that should take no longer than 10 mins and carries no provision for incremental excess time charges. If after the session has commenced it is deemed that the solution required is not a “QuickFix”, we will upgrade the session to a full Remote Assist service with the payment credited toward the upgraded session cost and time used deducted from the upgraded support timeframe.
Payment for an upgraded support service will need to be made before it can proceed. While we will make every effort to do so, on rare occasions an upgraded support service may not be able to be completed immediately due to our booked work schedule, in that situation we will make an arrangement with you for the earliest convenient time.
Remote Access U support is charged for the (minimum) first 20 minutes, then in 10 minute increments. This billing structure does not apply to premium/specialty Remote Services which attract a flat fee charge.
Travel Related Expenses
Our standard call out fee is a very competitive $20 - please check our service area map as we have an area (designated in pink) that does not attract the travel charge. Return travel to your location will always be via the fastest route, if that route incurs expenses such as tolls, the cost will be itemised and included in the final invoice price. As a rule we absorb parking charges however in instances where the only option is a parking station or premium metered street location and we are in attendance in excess of two hours, we may add the expense to the invoice.
Support Fees
The fees we charge are for time spent on consulting and support, customers are liable for payment of these fees regardless of the outcome of these services.
Payment
We accept payment by cash, bank deposit or credit and debit cards via PayPal.
All payments for our products and services are strictly prepaid. They must be paid in advance for each hour of onsite support and 20 mins of standard remote services provided. The full charge will be payable for Macsimise Quickfix and set fee services.
We maintain a strict ‘No Credit’ policy. Any invoice not paid when due may be subject to late processing fees of up to 15% of the total amount due. Any and all charges incurred as a result of overdue invoices are the responsibility of the customer.
